MSW (She/Her) • Psychotherapist

Amica Hamm works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults. She enjoys helping clients who are seeking help with trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, anxiety and depression.

Amica’s approach is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care. She integrates evidence based modalities such as TF-CBT, DBT, and ACT to support each client’s unique healing journey. Amica strives to create a safe and affirming space for people of all genders, sexualities, spiritualities, and identities.

“I believe that our experiences shape how we move through the world. So much of what we carry comes from events outside of our control, including trauma, oppression, and loss. My goal is to build a compassionate, nonjudgmental partnership where we can work together to create a personalized treatment plan that supports your growth, resilience, and self-discovery.”
