Jake desires to be one less barrier for his clients in accessing their ideal self. With his compassionate & warm presence, his work has been described by some as healing & transformative. His specialized training in EMDR, Anxiety, & OCD allows him a unique perspective. He fully grasps the correlation between trauma, anxiety, & OCD as well as when to incorporate specific modalities depending on specific client presentations. He’s passionate about helping clients transform the traumatic/stressful experiences they’ve survived from the altered perceptions & maladaptive safety/security seeking behaviors it can leave you with, to a fully enriched & meaningful life.

Jake can accept cigna, aetna, Health Savings Accounts, & can provide superbills under supervision. Jake has a private pay rate of $135.

Licensure:
Jake graduated with his MSW from University of Georgia’s School of Social Work. He has earned his LMSW (License #MSW012338) and currently attends regular, ongoing clinical supervision to earn his LCSW.
Supervision:
Jake meets at least 3x/month with HSTH Clinical Director, Brianna Sterling, LCSW, #CSW007341, for individual & group clinical supervision . He also has the option to attend 1 monthly outside agency clinical supervision with Contracted HSTH Clinical Supervisors & Consultants.
